Accounting Manager:
Full Job Description: The Accounting Manager will manage the accounting staff who are responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation. The Accounting Manager will be in charge of recruiting and hiring accounting and financial staff and conducting performance evaluations. This employee will establish internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation. The Accounting Manager will oversee the preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets. This employee will be responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year and filing the annual corporate tax return. The Accounting Manager will also report on the U.S. Company’s financial health and liquidity, and will reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary. This employee will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
Responsibility:
- Develop standard operating procedures (“SOPs”) for billing, collections and payroll processing, communicate these SOPs to accounting staffs (if any), and ensure all SOPs are properly followed and updated if necessary; Review works of accounting staff or CPA firm and provide feedback or guidance timely.

- Develop comprehensive performance review system for accounting staff (if any) or CPA firm, and evaluate their performance with pre-determined criteria or metrics; Make initial personnel related decision on accounting staffs (if any), including hiring, promotion, leave of absence, transfer, discipline, and termination.

- Develop, implement and maintain company’s accounting systems: Journal Entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Investment, Monthly Account/Bank Reconciliation, etc; Estimate future revenues and expenditures and prepare monthly budgets and forecasts; Prepare company’s business expense reimbursement policy and procedures.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (income statement, retained earnings, balance sheet, and cash flow), highlighting the key points in the statements; Process payroll for U.S. employees and prepare quarterly and annual payroll tax report.

- Prepare yearly and quarterly tax returns for the company and accurately calculate sales tax, payroll tax, deductions, credits, allowances, profit and loss, depreciation and other information as necessary; Advise on tax reduction strategies by identifying expense acceleration opportunities such as higher capitalization limit, accelerated depreciation, accelerated asset purchases, inventory write off, and receivables write off.

- Monitor the financial condition of the company’s operations by analyzing financial statements to identify trend lines over multiple time periods in the company’s gross margin, net profits, cash, accounts receivable, and debt, as well as performing ratio analysis to measure and evaluate the company’s liquidity, utilization of resources, debt levels, and profitability; Attend regular meeting with Office Director and CEO to discuss all financial activities and report areas that need improvement.

- Review and interpret financial reporting requirements, rules and regulation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and other accounting regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

- at least 3 year work experience in accounting
Human Resources and Admin Specialist:
Full Job Description: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.Manage employee performance reviews and compensation planning.Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disputes.Coordinate employee training and development programs.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Responsibility:
- Assist in developing company’s employee handbook and providing input on employees benefit policies and business operation policies, including without limitation to holidays, leave of absence, workers’ compensation, paid sick leave, anti-harassment and discrimination policy, overtime policy, meal and rest break policy, payroll-related policy, performance review policy, disciplinary policies, open door and grievances policy, etc.; Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs; Advise Office Director on organizing, preparing, or implementing recruiting or retention programs.

- Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms, or employee referrals; Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements; Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills, inform job applicants of details regarding job duties, compensation, benefits, schedules, and working conditions; Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants; Schedule and conduct new employee orientations and coordinate on-boarding procedures; Prepare and maintain employment related records, such as hiring, leaves, transfers, promotions, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and terminations; Administer employee benefit plans including health insurance plans, workers’ compensation plan, etc. Assist in addressing employee relation issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.

- Select and compare various vendors for sponsoring the activities or events, summarize information along with analysis to Office Director for approval on selection of vendors; Negotiate with the vendors on contracts and present contracts to Office Director for initial decision.

- Establish and improve the company’s vendors pool under the direction of the Office Director; Develop operation related policies and procedures for efficient office operation, including without limitation to meeting room booking procedures, business travel arrangement procedures, vehicle rental and drivers’ responsibilities policy, etc.

- Recommend and coordinate with outside staffing agencies to secure temporary employees, based on business needs; Provide input on recommending corrective actions for employees who violate company’s policies or fail to meet performance standards;
